How orders are made

Our tees, hoodies, hats, mugs, stickers and posters are made to order by our print on demand partner, Printify. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is printed after you order it.

How long it takes

Most orders take about 2 to 7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. You will get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Email ken@theurbanrewind.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Sizes and changes of mind

Because every piece is made just for you, we cannot take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. Check the size guide on each product before you order. If you have a question about sizing, email us before you buy.

Custom Top 5 by KG

Custom Top 5 videos are made to order and delivered by email within 7 days, or within 48 hours with rush delivery. If something is not right with your video, email us and we will fix it.
