The Urban Rewind App
If you wish to delete your The Urban Rewind account and all associated data, follow the steps below. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open The Urban Rewind mobile app
- Go to your Profile
- Open Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your deletion request
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, username)
- User preferences
- Activity history
Data That May Be Retained
Legal & Accounting Notice: Certain information may be retained for legal or accounting purposes, such as transaction records, for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable law.
Deletion Timeframe
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been fully removed from our systems.
