WHAT IS A MIC?

Your mic is your life. You start each round with 3 mics. Every correct answer keeps you going. Every wrong answer costs you a mic. Lose all 3 and your round is over.

HOW DO I GET MORE MICS?

Mic packs are available as in-app purchases. Choose from multiple pack sizes so you can jump back in and keep your streak alive.

WHAT ARE THE LEVELS?

There are four levels: Basic, Gold, Platinum, and Multi-Platinum. The questions get harder as you progress. Beat Multi-Platinum and you reach Diamond status — meaning you've officially mastered that category.

WHAT CATEGORIES ARE AVAILABLE?

The app features four categories: Hip-Hop, R&B, TV, and Movies. Hip-Hop and R&B are available from the start. TV and Movies are available as in-app purchases.

HOW DO I RESTORE MY PURCHASES?

iPhone: Open the app → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Android: Open the app → go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Google account you used for the original purchase.

WHAT IS THE URBAN REWIND MIXTAPE?

Music plays during every game session. You can tap to stream the full Urban Rewind Mixtape on Spotify. The experience doesn't stop when the trivia ends.

THE APP IS CRASHING OR NOT LOADING

Try closing the app completely and reopening it. Make sure your device is running the latest software update. If the issue continues, contact us below and include your device model and what was happening when the crash occurred.

I WAS CHARGED BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PURCHASE

First try restoring purchases using the steps above. If that doesn't work, contact us below with your receipt or order confirmation and we'll get it sorted.
